100% Natural Perfumes I love

I have always loveddddd pretty smells. Wafting through life coated in as much scent as possible used to be my default. And then I discovered just how bad these fragrances were for my health - endocrine disruptors, disrupting the regular functioning of hormones - and in my case a big factor in my PCOS. These days I now understand the way that these chemicals can impact everything from someone’s ability to lose weight, their fertility, skin health, cycle health, respiratory health and more. But, once you know better you do better, I ditched all my fragrances almost a decade ago and I won’t ever look back.

However, the ‘natural’ world can be just as tricky to navigate with greenwashing rife and no regulation as to what words like ‘natural’ even have to mean. This means that anyone could slap that label on a product even if it is the furthest thing from natural in the world.

Ergo, when I was finding myself natural and low tox fragrances, cosmetics, and personal care products I did a lot of research into ones that were 100% pure and potent to what the label says. I wanted transparency from the very beginning of the production, down to where that specific natural scent actually came from in the world AND proof that it had been tested for purity and potency.
