Leftovers Fritters

Mamas this must have recipe makes the actual eating of mince/small-bits-of-food meals so much easier! 

I absolutely hate wasting food so the thought of giving Ashton a mince dish like Bolognese that ends up everywhere except his mouth is my worst nightmare.

Alas I’m forever finding ways to make these quick and easy meals toddler friendly, and this is one is a goodie. 

Although today I’ve made Bolognese Fritters the recipe could really be used for any meal you want to make easier for small hands. 

You’ll need:

1/3C Bolognese sauce/your meal of choice (not too wet though, if it’s too saucy the fritters won’t stick)

1 egg (I use extra large eggs)

I mashed the sauce until only a few chunks remained then mixed in the egg. 

Pan fry or oven bake until cooked through. .

Makes 7 dessert spoon sized fritters.

Perfect for dinner or served cold in the lunchbox 👌🏻
