I’m a firm believer that a healthy family starts with a healthy Mum. So with that in mind, I use a wholefoods and gut centred approach to help women boost their fertility, have healthy pregnancies and bounce into their new life after baby has arrived.
In short, I help Mums and Mums-to-be feel their best, so they can give their best.
Everyone’s needs are different. Recognising that, I offer one-on-one online consultations in addition to small group, online courses.
We’re only just catching on to what Hippocrates knew 2,000 years ago - gut health is where it all begins. Looking through the lens of gut health means helping the body find balance to ease symptoms, rather than attacking symptoms to mask dis-ease.
